Genians, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A263860) agreed to acquire Redstone Soft Co., Ltd. for KRW 2.7 billion on July 16, 2018. Under the terms of transaction, Genians, Inc. will acquire 0.01 million shares for KRW 2.7 billion. For the year ended December 31, 2017, Redstone Soft Co., Ltd. had total assets of KRW 127 million, net liabilities of KRW 33 million, sales of KRW 26 million and net loss of KRW 183 million. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Genians, Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed by July 23, 2018.
