   (ChengDu) Co., Ltd..
(2)The board of Interface Technology (ChengDu) Co., Ltd. resolved to
   distribute dividends of RMB 393,768,000.00 (allotment with USD equivalent)
   to the Company.

The dividends is distributed to the Company according to the investment
structure.
