SHANNON, Ireland, October 25, 2012 - GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the mercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, announced delivery of a leased Boeing 737-300F to Spain's Swiftair S.A. to expand the carrier's fleet.
Swiftair operates cargo flights in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East with a fleet of more than 30 aircraft.
GECAS has more than 100 freighter aircraft in its portfolio, including 737Fs and 737QCs, 747Fs, 767Fs, 777Fs and MD-11Fs. GECAS freighter aircraft are leased to 29 different operators worldwide.
