ANNOUNCEMENT ON SALES PERFORMANCE IN DECEMBER 2016, REAL ESTATE PROJECTS MARKETING PLAN FOR JANUARY - FEBRUARY 2017 AND ACQUISITION OF NEW PROJECTS

The Company and all members of the Board of Directors warrant the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement, and accept jointly responsibility for any false representations, misleading statements or material omission contained herein.

In December 2016, the Company recorded contracted sales area of 409,000 sq.m.. a decrease of 31.14% over the same period of last year; the corresponding contracted sales amounted to RMB 7.35 billion, a decrease of 18.04% over the same period of last year.

From January to December of 2016, the Company recorded accumulated contracted sales area of 6.58 million sq.m., an increase of 47.74% over the same period of last year; the corresponding contracted sales amounted to RMB 100.63 billion, an increase of 63.20% over the same period of last year.

The projects listed in the newly launched or additional marketing plans for January- February 2017 include: Dongguan Yichengnan(东莞城南艺境), Shanghai Tiandi Yunshu(上 海天地云墅), Shanghai Duhui Wonderland(上海都会艺境), Shanghai Fantastic Age(上海艺 华年), Yangzhou Glory Mansion(扬州酩悦), Nanjing Qianshan Art Wonderland(南京浅山艺 境), Zhengzhou Pleasure Town(郑州铂悦), Xi'an Lake City(西安湖城大境), Shenyang Tiexi Tanfu(沈阳铁西檀府), Jiaxing Art Wonderland(嘉兴艺境), Jinhua Jiangnanyi (金华江南逸), Hangzhou Grand Canal( 杭 州 大 运 河 府 ), Hangzhou Gemdale Plaza( 杭 州 金 地 广 场 ), Changsha River City(长沙兰亭湾畔), Changsha Colorful Garden(长沙叠彩兰亭), Zhuzhou Orchid Pavilion City Garden (株洲都市兰亭), Taiyuan West Zone(太原西区) , Guangzhou World Style (广州兰亭盛荟).

Given the uncertainties in the progress of sales, there may be differences between the above sales statistics and those disclosed in the periodic reports. Certain adjustments to the marketing plans may somehow be needed, and therefore, the above statistics and marketing plans are for investors' reference only.

Recently, 3 new projects have been added to the Company's residential properties portfolio. They are listed below.

Dongguan Wanjiang District Bajiaowo Community Xincheng Middle Road Plot is located in Bajiaowo Community, Wanjiang District, Dongguan City. It stretches east to Xincheng East Road, west to Xincheng Middle Road, south to administrative center of Wanjing District, and north to Xincheng First Road. It has a total site area of 34,486.1 m2 and a planned plot ratio of 1.96. The GFA based on the planned plot ratio is 67,592.8 m2. The land is classified as commercial purpose and the land use right has been 40 years. The final price of the project is RMB 1.04 billion.

Tianjin Baodi District New Town 15-13 Unit 01-32,33,34 Plot is located at the north of Chaobai River, in Baodi District Tianjin City. It stretches east to Kaiyuan Road, west to Planning Fifth Road, south to Tianjin Wangcheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, and north to Chaoyang Road. It has a total site area of 271,197.2 m2 and the planned plot ratio of residence and commercial part are 1.8 and 2.5 respectively. The GFA based on the planned plot ratio is 499,798.1 m2. The land is classified as residential and commercial purpose and the land use right has been granted for terms of 70 and 40 years respectively. The final price of the project is RMB 3.74 billion.

Tianjin Dongli District Xiaowangzhuang B Plot is located at the intersection of Chenglin Road and Waihuan Road in Dongli District Tianjin Ciry. It stretches east to Dieshan Road, west to Guoshan Road, south to Chenglin Road, and north to Chengzhou Road. It has a total site area of 72,358.3m2 and a planned plot ratio of 2.0. The GFA based on the planned plot ratio is 144,716.6 m2. The land is classified as residential and commercial purpose and the land use right has been granted for terms of 70 and 40 years respectively. The final price of the project is RMB 760 million.
