The Board of the Company announces that, following the acquisition by Apex Group of the Corporate and Private Client business ('CPCS') of Link Group's Asset Services division, the name of the Company's Administrator and the Company Secretary has been changed to Apex Financial Services (Alternative Funds) Limited with effect from 1 July 2019. The registered office of the Company remains unchanged.
