The board of directors of GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Ltd. announced that Mr. Qian Zhixin has resigned as an Independent Non-executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nomination Committee, Strategic Planning Committee and Independent Board Committee established on 13 September 2013 of the company with effect from 8 January 2014.
