Notification of publication of Rights Issue Prospectus on the Company's website

We hereby notify you that the prospectus dated 6 January 2016 in relation to the proposed rights issue at HK$1.12 per rights share on the basis of one rights share for every five shares (the "Rights Issue Prospectus") by GCL-Poly Energy Holdings Limited (the "Company"), in both English and Chinese, is now available on the Company's website at www.gcl-poly.com.hk and HKExnews website at www.hkexnews.hk.

You may access the Rights Issue Prospectus by clicking the "Investors" section of the Company's website and then selecting the Rights Issue Prospectus under the "Announcements & Circulars" section.

If you wish to receive a printed copy of the Rights Issue Prospectus, you can complete the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Company's branch registrar in Hong Kong, Tricor Investor Services Limited by post using the mailing label provided. The printed copy of the Rights Issue Prospectus (in bilingual version) will be sent to you free of charge upon receipt of your request.
