Karen E. Flores Resigns from the Board of Directors of GAN Limited

On November 23, 2022, GAN Limited confirmed that it has accepted the resignation of Karen E. Flores, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, effective November 25, 2022. Ms. Flores has also resigned from the Company's board of directors effective as of such date.
