Animoca Brands Corporation Limited completed the acquisition of 96% stake in Eden Games SAS from Engine Gaming and Media, Inc. (TSXV:GAME) on April 6, 2022. Olivier Cognard of Harlay Avocats acted as legal advisor to Engine Gaming and Media, Inc.
