Galaxy Gaming, Inc. announced that its founder and shareholder, Robert Saucier, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the company effective November 5, 2018. Mr. Saucier has also resigned his employment as Executive Vice President of Business Development for the company, effective as of December 31, 2018.
