FutureLand Corp. announced that it has closed a joint venture agreement to acquire Amps Electric Inc. with Greenleaf Holdings, LLC. GreenLeaf Holdings and FutureLand bought 80% of Amps Electric Inc. which closed on Sept. 6th, 2017.
