Furukawa Co. Ltd. (the Company) hereby announced that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on May 13, 2024, resolved to pay a dividend from retained earnings of ¥55.00 per share (¥5.00 increase year on year) with
a record date of March 31, 2024. Effective date June 28, 2024.
For the interim period (second quarter end) of year 2024, the company expects to pay a dividend of JPY 30.00 per share against JPY 0.00 per share a year ago.
