Fulcrum Utility Services : named as only multi-utility business in top ten best utility companies to work for in the UK

Fulcrum, the leading independent net-zero focused multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, has been named as one of the UK's top ten utility companies to work for by the respected Best Companies organisation.

In its first year working with the Best Companies organisation, Fulcrum was ranked in 10th place out of the UK's utility companies, but the only multi-utility infrastructure business in the listing.

Best Companies to Work For is recognised as the standard for workplace engagement. As part of the selection process, employees take part in the organisation's b-Heard Survey, which captures their views on their wellbeing, pay and benefits, personal growth, and the leadership of the business they work for.

Additionally, Fulcrum has been recognised for the positive and supportive culture it has developed for its workforce, particularly during the Coronavirus pandemic.
