CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF PRINCIPAL PLACE

OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG

The board of directors (the ''Board'') of Fujian Nuoqi Co., Ltd. (the ''Company'') is pleased to announce that the address of principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to Rooms 2501-2509, 25/F., Shui On Centre, 6-8 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong with effect from 23 December 2019.

SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited was suspended with effect from 11:25 a.m. on 23 July 2014, and will remain suspended pending the release of further information by the Company.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.
