The board of directors of Fuji Die Co.,Ltd. at its meeting held on May 15, 2024, resolved to propose commemorative year-end cash dividend of JPY 10.00 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024. Record date is March 31, 2024. Effective date is June 26, 2024.
The Company plans to submit a proposal for the payment of dividends of surplus to the 68th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 25, 2024.
Fuji Die Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of wear resistant tools with cemented carbide and cemented carbide chips.
