The board of directors of Fuji Die Co.,Ltd. at its meeting held on May 15, 2024, resolved to propose year-end ordinary cash dividend of JPY 22.00 per share for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024 compared for the to JPY 32.00 per share paid a year ago. Record date is March 31, 2024. Effective date is June 26, 2024.
The Company plans to submit a proposal for the payment of dividends of surplus to the 68th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on June 25, 2024.
