FTI Consulting : Adds Managing Director to Turnaround & Restructuring Services Practice in Dallas

Washington, D.C., Jan. 5, 2021 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the appointment of Robert Molina as a Managing Director in the Turnaround & Restructuring Services practice within the firm's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Dallas.

With his return to FTI Consulting, Mr. Molina will focus on corporate turnarounds, restructurings and complex financial situations, helping companies and stakeholders maximize value in varying situations. His advisory experience includes cash management, capital structure review, financial restructuring, financial statement analysis, liquidity analysis, valuation, merger integration, performance improvement, process and controls analysis and improvement, financial modeling, bankruptcy preparation and bankruptcy claims distribution.

In addition to nearly a decade providing client advisory services, Mr. Molina spent over seven years as a corporate executive in one of the largest turnarounds in consumer-packaged goods history. His breadth of experience includes the consumer products, gaming and hospitality, energy trading, oil and gas, mining and automotive industries.
