Notice of Discontinuation of the Nagano Branch

We are pleased to inform you that at the Board of Directors meeting held today, we have resolved to abolish the branches as follows.

1. Overview of Branch Abolishment Branch Nagano Branch to be abolished
   Location: Choei Daiichi Bldg. 3F 1282-11Minamiishido-cho, Nagano City, Nagano 380-0824 Japan
   Scheduled date of abandonment: April 13, 2022
2. Reason for abolition
   We have decided to abolish the Nagano Branch in order to improve the efficiency of operations by consolidating bases.
3. Impact on business performance

The businesses of the Nagano Branch will be handed over to the head office, so there will be no impact on operating revenues. In addition, we expect to incur one-time expenses associated with the closure of our branches, which are minimal and, after the closure of our branches, we expect to reduce rent and other costs.
