Notice of Compliance with the Listing Maintenance Standards for the New Market Segment (Prime Market)

of Tokyo Stock Exchange

Frontier Management Inc. (hereafter the "Company") hereby announced that the Company has received a notification from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and confirmed the compliance with the listing maintenance standards for the Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange based on the assessment of compliance with the listing requirements for the new market segment.

The Company will proceed with the application in accordance with the schedule provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange after a resolution of the Board of Directors regarding the selection of new market segment.
