Franchetti S.p.A.: Gianluca Del Fabbro appointed Group General Manager

Arzignano (VI), September 6, 2023 - Franchetti S.p.A. (Ticker BIT: FCH) ("Franchetti" or the "Company" or the "Group"), a multinational Group leader in software development and engineering design listed on Euronext Growth Milan, pioneer in the planning, diagnosis and therapy of interventions aimed at safety and predictive scheduling of maintenance activities on infrastructural network structures, in particular bridges and viaducts, strengthens its executive Management team by appointing Gianluca Del Fabbro as General Manager.

Management engineer and a manager with twenty-five years of experience in multinationalindustrialcompanies,GianlucaDelFabbrowillbeinchargeofcontinuing and accelerating the process of continuous growth and managerialization of the Group, both in the national and international markets. Previously, Mr. Del Fabbro held managerial roles in Italy and abroad both in structured multinational contexts as well as in SMEs: General Manager in Robor Srl, Vice President Operations of Danieli Spa as well as Executive Board Member of various group companies, Supply Chain Manager in Carraro Spa, Planning & Purchasing Manager in Faber-Industrie Spa. The professional and multicultural experience gained, transversal to different corporate functions and contexts, including start-up, M&A and business transformation projects, has allowed him to contribute significantly to the growth of reality in which it has operated, both in the structuring of organizational processes and in business development.
