Fourace Industries Group Holdings Limited Announces Change of Principal Place of Business in Hong Kong, Effective 13 April 2023

The board of directors of Fourace Industries Group Holdings Limited announced that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong has been changed to Unit No. 07, 11/F Manhattan Centre, 8 Kwai Cheong Road, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong with effect from 13 April 2023.
