The Company's segments are real estate operations and restaurant operations. The Kerrow Restaurant Operating Business consists of seven LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants located in the San Antonio, Texas area. Its portfolio consists of approximately 1,153 free-standing properties located in 57 states and representing an aggregate leasable area of 7.7 million square feet. Its lease portfolio consists of 1,176 leases to 154 brands.
