On June 15, 2022, Randy C. Belcher informed Fossil Group, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his position as Executive Vice President, Asia Pacific, effective June 30, 2022, to pursue other interests. The Company plans to distribute Mr. Belcher's responsibilities across a number of existing Company leaders.
