Semi-Annual Political Contribution Report

January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024

Fortive Corporation (the "Company") has adopted a Political Contribution Policy(the "Policy") to provide transparency for the Company's political activities. This report is being furnished in compliance with the Policy, and all contributions disclosed in this report were made in accordance with the Policy during the period of January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024.

Contributions for Political Purposes

Under the Policy, the Company is prohibited from making any contribution from corporate funds or assets to or for (i) any political party or candidate, whether federal, state or local, (ii) any ballot measure or (ii) any public communication that expressly advocates the election or defeat of a political candidate ("Political Purposes").

Accordingly, during the six-month period from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024, no funds or assets of the Company were contributed to or for any Political Purposes.

Trade Associations and Similar Organizations

Under the Policy, the Company is required to disclose semi-annually within the first 90 days after June 30th and December 31st of each calendar year, the following contributions made during the corresponding six-month period to trade associations and similar organizations ("Applicable Contributions"):

Subject Trade Associations: Any membership dues in excess of $25,000 (on an annual basis) to any trade association to the extent that such trade association is not otherwise prohibited or instructed from using such excess for any Political Purposes.

527 Entities: Any contributions from corporate funds or assets to any entity operating under 26 U.S.C. Section 527 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Subject 501(c)(4) Entities: Any contribution to any entity organized under 26 U.S.C. Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code to the extent that such entity is not otherwise prohibited from using such contributions for any Political Purposes.
