The Board of Directors of Kazakh ForteBank appointed Magzhan Auezov to the post of the new Chairman of the Board. Talgat Kuanyshev, who headed the Board since December 2015, was dismissed from this post. At the same time, Guram Andronikashvili was appointed as the First Deputy Chairman of the Board.
Meanwhile Sholpan Nurumbetova, who served as Deputy Chairman of the Board, leaved the board. She will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Bank Kassa Nova.
