RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES

The Board of Directors of Forise International Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), wishes to announce the following changes to its Board and Board Committees, as follows:

1. CHANGES ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
   Mr. Chin Sin Beng had tendered his resignation as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 14 September 2021.
   Mr. Siow Chee Keong had accepted his appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 December 2021.
   Mr. Boye Kobaek Hartmann had tendered his resignation as an Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2021.
   The template announcements in relation to the above appointments and cessations pursuant to the requirements of Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited have been announced separately.
2. RECONSTITUTION OF THE BOARD COMMITTEES
   Consequent to the above appointments and cessations, the composition of the Board and its Board Committees will be as follows:-
