Forescout Technologies, Inc. announced that Wael Mohamed will join the company as chief executive officer, effective immediately. Greg Clark and Michael DeCesare will partner closely with Mohamed as they continue to serve as co-chairmen of Forescout’s board. In August 2020, Advent International teamed up with Crosspoint Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm focused on the cybersecurity and privacy industries, to take Forescout private.
