Foreningen European Retail Stock

Foreningen ei invest european retail (the Fund) is a Denmark-based investment fund. It is engaged in making specialty investments in retail properties in Europe. It focuses primarily on local and regional shopping centers and retail parks, while other properties, due to their lower returns, have a secondary focus. It invests mainly in properties in and around major Swedish, Danish and Finnish cities. As of December 31, 2011, the Fund operated 10 retail properties and shopping centers located in Skelleftea, Uppsala, Mora, Sundsvall and Sandviken in Sweden, Hilleroed in Denmark and Hyvinkaa, Tampere, Turku and Salo in Finland. Foreningen ei invest european retail is a part of the ei invest european retail group, which includes such companies, as ei invest european retail Holding A/S, ei invest European retail Swedish Properties AS, ei invest Salo Holding Oy, ei invest Hyvinkaa Holding Oy and ei invest Tampere Holding Oy, among others.
