On January 20, 2022, Jerri DeVard notified Focus Impact Acquisition Corp. of her intention to resign from the Company's board of directors, audit committee and compensation committee, effective January 24, 2022. Ms. DeVard's resignation was voluntary to pursue other professional endeavors.
