In a recently concluded election, the employees of Flyr have elected two representatives to the Board of Directors. Paal Cronblad Wollan and Per Erik Åkerman were elected as new directors to the Board with a service period of two years. Paal Wollan is a senior cabin chief and ground instructor.

He has been with Flyr since start of operations and has more than 30 years of aviation experience from several airlines both in Europe and the U.S. Per Erik Åkerman is a pilot and captain. He joined Flyr at the beginning of this year and has more than 30 years of aviation experience as a pilot in several airlines both in Europe and the U.S. Current Director Maurice Mason is about to embark on a sabbatical year pursuing his dream of sailing the world by sailboat. After careful consideration, Mason has concluded that it will be difficult to combine this adventurous journey and at the same time fully attend to his duties as a member of the Board of Directors and have therefore asked to be relieved from his duties and resign as director, to which the Board of Directors have expressed its understanding.

The Board of Directors have initiated a process to select replacement candidate(s) to be presented to the shareholders for approval. In addition to the directors the employees have elected observers and deputy representatives as follows: Trude Remen (Observer), Cathrine Skjærli Henriksen (Observer), Christopher Nuland Andersen (Deputy), Hans Janic Andersson (Deputy), Henok Goitom Tekeste (Deputy) and Andreas Berg Tangen (Deputy).
