DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) _ Flexsteel Industries Inc. (FLXS) on Monday reported a fiscal second-quarter loss of $5.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Dubuque, Iowa-based company said it had a loss of 68 cents. Losses, adjusted for restructuring costs, came to 19 cents per share.

The furniture maker posted revenue of $102.9 million in the period.

Flexsteel shares have decreased slightly more than 3% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Monday, shares hit $19.26, a decline of 22% in the last 12 months.
