Flaherty & Crumrine Dynamic Preferred and Income Fund Incorporated declared dividend of $0.148 per share for the month of May, $0.148 per share for the month of June and $0.148 per share for the month of July 2018. The dividend will be payable on May 31, 2018, June 29, 2018 and July 31, 2018 to the holders of record on May 23, 2018, June 22, 2018 and July 24, 2018 and the ex-dividend date is May 22, 2018, June 21, 2018 and July 23, 2018.
