(“FTA”) announced today that First Trust Dividend and Income Fund (NYSE: FAV) (the “Fund”) intends to host a conference call with the Leveraged Finance Team of FTA and Chartwell Investment Partners, Inc. The Fund is a diversified, closed-end management investment company that seeks to provide a high level of current income. It has a secondary objective of capital appreciation.
