NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Modaraba will be held on Thursday, 28th September 2023 at 12:30 PM at 72-B, Industrial Area, Kotlakhpat, Lahore the Registered Office of the Modaraba to consider and approve Annual Audited Accounts of First Treet Manufacturi�g Modaraba for the year ended June 30, 2023.

The Modaraba has declared the Closed Period from 22nd September 2023 to 28th September 2023 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.l(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Certificate of the Modaraba in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
