John P. Lawson, Jr. Resigns as Chief Operating Officer of First Savings Financial Group, Inc. and First Savings Bank Effective December 31, 2019

On October 30, 2019, John P. Lawson, Jr. notified First Savings Financial Group, Inc. and its bank subsidiary, First Savings Bank, of his intention to retire from his position as Chief Operating Officer of the Company and the Bank effective December 31, 2019. He will continue to serve as a director of the Company and the Bank upon retirement.
