    --  Integra Realty Resources - Washington, D.C., an independent firm that
        provides valuation and consulting services for various types of real
        property with special emphasis on investment grade real estate, signed a
        2,937 square foot lease.  John Benzinger with Cushman & Wakefield
        represented Integra Realty Resources in the transaction.
    --  Avineon, Inc., a global technology company specializing in information
        technology, geospatial, and engineering services for government and
        private industry, signed a 2,724 square foot lease.  John Duffy and Paul
        DeFilippes with Summit Commercial Real Estate represented Avineon, Inc.
        in the transaction.

840 First Street, NE, Washington, D.C., is a Class A, twelve-story, Energy Star Certified office building located adjacent to Union Station in the city's growing NoMa submarket.
