• Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be held on Friday, 14 June 2024

The AGM of the Company will be held at Edinburgh Room to Alexandra Room, 2nd Floor, Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, 5 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong on Friday, 14 June 2024 at 2:30 p.m. A live webcast of the AGM proceedings will be arranged and made available for the Company's shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM.

Please note that there will be no serving of food or drinks to the attendees of the AGM.

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you may wish to view a live webcast of the AGM proceedings. Details on meeting proceedings online are provided under the section titled "LIVE WEBCAST OF THE 2024 AGM PROCEEDINGS" in the Company's circular dated 26 April 2024. Please however note that shareholders who are unable to attend the AGM in person but choose to view the live webcast of the AGM proceedings will not be counted towards a quorum nor will they be able to cast their vote online.
