Firm Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation confirmed the previously announced special year-end dividend of $0.07 per share. The December regular and special year-end dividend, that total $0.148 per share, will be payable on January 15, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 31, 2017.
The company also announced its monthly cash dividend of $0.078 per share (subject to adjustment in the discretion of the board of directors) payable to shareholders of record on January 31, 2018, February 28, 2018 and March 31, 2018 with respective payable dates on February 15, 2018, March 15, 2018 and April 16, 2018.
