(Alliance News) - Finanza.tech Spa announced Monday that it has entered into agreements with two leading large corporations on the national scene aimed at their purchase of tax credits from the 110% Superbonus for a total amount of EUR425 million for the years 2023-2026.

Through the operation of its platform, Finanza.tech will take care of the activities of assignor scouting, AML, anti-fraud and counterparty creditworthiness analysis, data gathering and check of technical documentation, as well as technical and IT support and management of payment transactions functional to execution activities.

"Thanks to the investments and development activities undertaken during 2022, Finanza.tech's platform is able to provide investors with a dashboard through which they can assess in real time the credits of the different counterparties interested in the assignment validated by a rigorous due diligence activity and proceed to the signing of the credit purchase agreement and the related payment. An optimal solution for large corporations that, through a simple and above all secure user experience, can optimize fiscal management and improve treasury planning," the company explained.
