Financial Institutions, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per outstanding common share, an increase of $0.01 or 3.4% from the most recent quarter, dividend payable on April 3, 2023, to shareholders of record on March 16, 2023.
