Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. Announces Demise of David L. Tressler, Sr., a Member of its Board of Directors

On April 16, 2020, David L. Tressler, Sr., a member of the Board of Directors of Fidelity D & D Bancorp, Inc. (“Fidelity”), passed away. Mr. Tressler served as a director of the Company since 1999. Mr. Tressler was a nominee for re-election as a Class B Director to the Board of Directors of the Fidelity at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 5, 2020. At this time, the Board of Directors is not recommending another nominee for election at the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
