FUNO® ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DISTRIBUTION
Mexico City. May 10th, 2021.
Fibra Uno (BMV: FUNO11) ("FUNO" or "Fideicomiso Fibra Uno"), the first and largest real estate investment trust in Mexico and Latin America announces that today, May 10th, it made the distribution payment to its holders of CBFIs corresponding to 1Q21.
As a result of 1Q21, Fibra Uno will distribute to its CBFI holders the amount of Ps. 1,247.7 million. The total distribution per CBFI is Ps. 0.3283; of which Ps. 0.2164 corresponds to the fiscal result and Ps 0.1119 corresponds to return of capital.
