Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 120,000 shares, representing 1.47% of its issued shares capital for ¥300 million the purpose of the program is to implement agile capital policy and shareholder return measures in response to changes in the business environment. The program will expire on June 18, 2021. As of March 31, 2021, the company had 8,189,906 shares in issue and 94 shares in treasury.
