Pursuant to § 5 item 1 point 19 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodic information […], the Management Board of FERRUM S.A. (Issuer, Company) informs that on 1st July 2016 the Supervisory Board of FERRUM S.A., acting in compliance with the binding regulations and professional standards as well as under the Art. 20 item 20.2 point 1 of the Company's Statute and § 12 item 2 point a) of the Supervisory Board Rules, passed a resolution on appointing an entity entitled to audit financial statements with the purpose to audit the financial statements of the Company and the FERRUM S.A. Capital Group for 2016 and 2017.

The appointed entity is Deloitte Polska Sp. z o.o., a limited partnership seated in Warsaw (00-854) on Al. Jana Pawła II 19 (Auditor). The Auditor is an entity entered on the list kept by the National Board of Certified Auditors kept by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under number 73. The Issuer used the services rendered by the Auditor mentioned above with regard to the financial statements of the Company and FERRUM Capital Group for 2015.

Moreover, the Issuer's Supervisory Board authorized the Company's Management Board to conclude an agreement with the Auditor. The agreement shall be entered into for the limited period of its subject execution.
