Ferrotec Holdings Corporation (Representative Director: He Xian Han; hereinafter "the Company") announces that the date for listing Ferrotec (Anhui) Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "FTSVA"), which is a consolidated subsidiary of the Company and is preparing for the listing on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter "ChiNext"), was officially determined. Therefore, we release this IR news release as a progress of the disclosed item.
