Ferrotec Holdings Corporation (JASDAQ:6890) agreed to acquire 26% stake in Toyo Knife Co., Ltd. (TSE:5964) from REVIC Partners for approximately ¥680 million on March 15, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, Ferrotec Holdings Corporation will acquire 0.48 million shares. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Toyo Knife Co., Ltd. on March 15, 2019.
The transaction is expected to close on March 27, 2019. Frontier Management Inc acted as financial advisor to REVIC Partners.
