Fearless Films, Inc. (OTCPK:FERL) agreed to acquire FilmOla.com for $0.12 million on June 17, 2020. The acquisition is an all stock transaction. The purchase price is 1 million common shares. As part of the transaction, Phil Morgan, the founder of FilmOla, will be joining Fearless in the role of Digital PR Consultant. The transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2020.
