CANFIELD, Ohio (AP) _ Farmers National Banc Corp. (FMNB) on Wednesday reported fourth-quarter profit of $13.4 million.

The Canfield, Ohio-based bank said it had earnings of 39 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, came to 42 cents per share.

The bank posted revenue of $46.3 million in the period. Its revenue net of interest expense was $37.6 million, which did not meet Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported profit of $60.6 million, or $1.79 per share. Revenue was reported as $168.4 million.
