FalconStor Software, Inc. Appoints Barry A. Rudolph to the Board

On December 1, 2016, the Board of Directors of FalconStor Software, Inc. appointed Barry A. Rudolph to the Board, effective immediately, to serve in the class of directors whose term expires at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Mr. Rudolph, age 62, has served as Chief Executive Officer of VelociData, Inc. since July 2014, and as a director since December 2012. Mr. Rudolph has also served as a director of Spectra Logic Corporation since December 2015. Most recently he was Vice President, System Networking, with responsibility for delivering overall networking product strategy, portfolio management and profit and loss management over each of the products in the group.
