FaithNetwork Co.,Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the year ending March 31, 2022. For the year, the company expects net sales of JPY 20,000 million, operating profit of JPY 1,280 million, ordinary profit of JPY 1,050 million, profit of JPY 710 million and basic earnings per share of JPY 142.57.
FaithNetwork Co., Ltd operates real estate investment support business and real estate management business. The real estate investment support business operates new apartment buildings for investment and second-hand building renovation, provides one stop service focused on major project areas Setagaya-ku, Meguro-ku and Shibuya-ku, selles the properties to real estate owners. In the real estate management business, the Company manages and operates real estate owned by the real estate owner and real estate owned by the company.
